Project narrative

On March 22, 2006, China handed over security gear (bullet proof vests and helmets) to the Bangladeshi police as a gesture of friendship. The handover took place between the Chinese Ambassador of Dhaka, Chai Xi, and Bangladesh State Minister for Home Affairs, Lutfozzaman Babar.
