Project narrative

On June 7, 2009 the opening ceremony for a Chinese Government-funded anti-malaria center was held in Bata, Equatorial Guinea. The project is also referred to as a Diseases Prevention and Control Center. The anti-malaria center is housed within the General Hospital of Bata. The Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention implemented the project, and the Chinese Government provided equipment and medicines.
