Project narrative

On 2 May 2008, Cycone Nargis hit Myanmar leaving tens of thousands of people dead, missing, or homeless. In response, on 10 May 2008, the Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GZAR), region of China, donated $250,000 to the Government of Myanmar for disaster relief efforts.
