Project narrative

On May 13, 2002, the Chinese Ambassador and the Vietnamese Deputy Planning and Investment Minister signed 20 million RMB grant agreement. The grant will be used to finance socioeconomic development and fact-finding tours of China by 15 delegations of Vietnamese officials.
