Project narrative

In July 2007, Chinese Assistant Minister of Commerce Wang Chao and Nepali Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala signed letters of exchange on China's logistic materials aid worth 1.3 million USD for the November 2007 constituent assembly elections. In November 2007, China handed over the logistic materials for the elections and both parties signed and exchanged the delivery and receipt certificates.
