Project narrative

On April 26, 2011, the government of the People's Republic of China donated 5000 tons of rice to Timor-Leste's Ministry of Social Solidarity by the request of its government. The donation will assist the country's food shortage, due to local agricultural problems caused by climate change and poor harvests.
