Project narrative

In 2010, an agreement was signed by Afghanistan's Minister of Public Health and the Chinese Ambassador to Kabul. This agreement outlined a contract was worth US$1 million and would be used to equip the Afghan Ministry of Public Health with the tools to control influenza in Afghanistan.
