Project narrative

On November 7, 2001 Chinese Prime Minister Zhu Rongii announced a 40 million Chinese Yuan grant to Indonesia for infrastructure development. In exchange for the donation, Indonesia granted China permission to re-open a branch of the Bank of China in Jakarta for the first time since 1967.
