Project narrative

In August 2006, China and Vietnam signed an agreement on Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation, under which, China will grant Vietnam 50 million Yuan for personnel training. During a delegation led by Communist Part of Vietnam (CPV)'s General Secretary Nong Duc Manh to China, deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem affirmed that cooperation between the two states at all levels had increased.
