Project narrative

In November 2006, the Chinese Government signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting RMB 1.5 million to the Government of Zambia in order to purchase anti-malaria drugs. This batch of drugs was successfully delivered sometime in 2006 but the exact date of delivery is unknown.
