Project narrative

In September 2003, China donated 1000 Chinese-made motorcycles to the Indonesia police. The motorcycles, which are equipped with sirens and radio receivers, were handed over by Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Lu Shumin to Police Chief General Da'i Bachtiar. The valuation of the donation was at $1 million.
