Staff comments

The Chinese project title is 援几内亚第23批医疗队. The 23rd medical team was the first Chinese medical team to be stationed at the Sino-Guinean Friendship Hospital, which was constructed with grant funding from the Chinese Government (see Record ID#13330) and handed over to the local authorities on April 13, 2011.
