Project narrative

On December 31, 2004, Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Lu Shumin attended the Chinese government donated relief materials to the Indonesian government on North Sumatra offshore earthquake tsunami disaster ceremony in the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered emergency relief supplies worth 5 million Chinese yuan donated by the Chinese government to Indonesia. This batch of materials including tents, thread blankets and foodstuffs arrived in Medan, Indonesia by chartered flight on December 30.
