Project narrative

On July 2, 2009 and July 9, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Burundi signed an agreement related to the donation of a new batch of anti-malaria drugs. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. This was the 4th batch of anti-malaria drugs the Chinese Government donated to Burundi since 2006. The drugs arrived in Burundi in October 2009 and were handed over to the authorities on February 12, 2010.
