Project narrative

On August 1, 2012, the 2nd medical assistance team to Ghana donated some medical equipment worth 300,000 USD to Karle-Bu Teaching Hospital. This is the 3rd time the Chinese medical teams have donated to the hospital. The second medical team arrived on December 21, 2011 (captured in #35239).
