Project narrative

China sent relief goods worth 2.5 million dollars for the 2006 Pakistani earthquake victims. The relief goods consisted of 3,300 cotton tents and 33,000 blankets. The first consignment of the relief goods had already reached on 30th December, Radio China reported. This consignment was airlifted in 4 batches to Islamabad from Dec. 29, 2005 to Jan. 1, 2006.
