Project narrative

February 22, 2011, China Hengtian Group, a state-owned enterprise, handed over 20,000 donated spindles and other sewing equipment during a public ceremony celebrating the Rangoon Sewing Factory under Myanmar's Ministry of Defense. The transaction is part of economic and technological agreements between China and Myanmar.
