Project narrative

On October 8, 2010, the Chinese government gave Bolivian Armed Forces a batch of 6 water drillers and a fleet of cargo trucks to help municipalities that were suffering from a drought. Fire in some regions, due to high temperatures, had damaged 4 million hectares of forest land. Exact transaction value of this project is uncertain.
