Description

In 2014, China and Kenya signed several cooperation pacts including an MoU on Agricultural Cooperation between the two countries. Although China's Foreign Minister Yi Wang stated that "agricultural modernisation" was a key area for the relationship between the countries, I was only able to find one recent deal regarding agricultural improvements for Kenya. In March of 2015, Raila Odinga signed a deal in which China would provide agricultural inputs and technical assistance in exchange for land.
