Project narrative

On December 8, 2009, the Chinese Ministry of Culture gave an in-kind grant of 150000 Chinese Yuan worth of office equipment to its Pakistani counterpart. Chinese Cultural Counselor Yang Linhai and Pakistans Culture Secretary Moinul-Islam Bukhari signed documents for the handing-over of equipment at a ceremony at the Ministry of Culture in Pakistan.
