The French project title is L'éclairage du port de Radès par l'énergie solaire or projet d’éclairage du port Rades. The Chinese project title is 我援突港口太阳能照明项目 or 拉戴斯港口太阳能照明等项. "Year uncertain" box was checked because while the implementation was agreed to in 2014, it is unclear when the Chinese Government committed to financing this project. China previously signed an agreement for the installation of solar power in 2012 (as captured by Record ID#30328); this may represent the commitment date, but it is unclear whether this project fell under the purview of that agreement.
