Project narrative

Starting in July 2010, heavy monsoon rains caused floods in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Punjab and, Balochistan regions of Pakistan. In response, on 25 October 2010, Northern Industries Corporation of China (NORINCO) officially donated humanitarian relief materials to the Commanderr of the Pakistan Coast Guard for distributing to victims. The donation included 10 water purification plants and 500 tents. The value of this donation is unknown.
