Project narrative

On 15 February 2006, Huaxia Chinese Cultural Institute was established in Mexico City. The Huaxia Chinese Cultural Institute was founded in partnership with the Lu He High School in Bejing, China. Currently there are about 2,500 students enrolled in the Huaxia Chinese Cultural Institute.
