Project narrative

On December 15, 2005, the Chinese Embassy in Colombia donated 78 DVDs to Colombia's Ministry of Education on behalf of China's Ministry of Culture. The DVDs are of the Chinese movie "Not One Less (一个都不能少)", a drama that addresses rural schoolchildren dropping out to pursue work.
