Project narrative

In 2005, the governments of China and Brazil signed a cooperation agreement to facilitate educational exchange. Then, in 2006, 30 major Chinese universities launched an Mandarin-language educatin fair in Brazil. This was supposed to be one fair of many. The Brazil-China Chamber of Economic Development helped organize.
