Project narrative

On June 18th, 2009, the Chinese Embassy of Colombia donated 1,000 sets of school supplies to the Huila Department of Colombia. Li Changhua, Chinese Ambassador to Colombia, and Sandra Rubio, the wife of the governor of Huila Department, signed the handover certificate on this day. The donation was said to benefit 1,000 children, and was worth 15,535,000 pesos (USD $7,500).
