Project narrative

On August 17th, 2011, a computer donation ceremony from China embassy of Colombia to Ministry of Foreign Affairs was held at the Ministry's office in Bogota. Several high ranking officials and their spouses attended the event, where both sides expressed support for China and Colombia's long-standing engagement with each other. No additional information was found on the quantity of computers given and their worth.
