Project narrative

On March 26, 2009, China granted $300,000 USD in cash to Bolivia to help combat the spread of dengue fever. The assistance comes in response to the January 2009 dengue epidemic that erupted in Bolivia that infected over 31,000 and killed approximately 18 people.
