Description

According to Bolivia’s Central Bank, on 24 April 2008, the Chinese Government and the Government of Bolivia signed a debt exemption protocol cancelling RMB 40.3 million of the Government of Bolivia’s outstanding debt obligations related to one or more previously contracted loans. The agreement was signed by China's Ambassador Zhao Wuyi and Foreign Minster Choquehuanca.
