Description

In March 2010, China agreed to provide Afghanistan with personnel training in six sectors, including agriculture, health, education, economics and trade, and communications. This project is complete. 2010年3月，卡尔扎伊总统访华期间，中方宣布向阿提供1.6亿元人民币无偿援助。同时，双方签署换文，规定自当年7月1日起，中方对阿60%的输华产品实施零关税待遇。此外，中方还同意为阿开设农业、卫生、教育、经贸、通讯和禁毒等6个人员培训班。6月，首次中阿经贸联委会在昆明举行。
