Description

In November 2011, China and Afghanistan signed a contract under which China would donate material supplies to the Afghan presidential palace. On November 23, 2011, The agreement was signed by Wu Gangchen, Commercial Counselor of China Embassy in Afghanistan and Afghanistan Presidential Chief of Staff Abdul Karim Khurram. The material supply is expected to be shipped out in December 2011. On October 1, 2012, the materials handover certificate signing ceremony was held in Afghanistan. Ambassador Xu Feihong and Afghanistan Presidential Chief of Staff Abdul Karim Khurram were present to sign on behalf of their respective governments.
