Project narrative

On January 7, 2014 the Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Zhao Yali handed over a Children Day Care Center to the Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura at Naguru, Kampala. The China-Uganda Friendship Kindergarten was constructed by the Tian Tang Group and donated by the Chinese Embassy to the Uganda Police Force. The center will cater to Police Officers’ children who stay and work within Kampala. The total cost of this project is unclear.
