Project narrative

In July 2014, the Chinese National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has completed a free clinic in Hoima that served 1400 people. After the completion, CNOOC had promised to offer similar services at Buhuka Health Centre III and it delivered as promised in 2015.
