Project narrative

Chinese ambassador Zhao Yali attended the opening ceremony of Koblin Children Shelter. Chinese Embassy in Uganda built classrooms and dining hall for the shelter. The shelter was initiated by the First Lady of Uganda and has 110 children living there now.
