Project narrative

According to the Chancellor of the Republic, Elías Jaua, between the 21-22 of September 2013, the Chinese government will grant 100 scholarships for Venezuelan university students to study science, technology, and satellite telecommunications in China, starting from 2015. At the same time, a cultural exchange agreement was signed which entails theater, musical arts, among others that promote the artistic development of the inhabitants of the nations. The progress of the project is unclear.
