Description

The Venezuelan government will put into place a security monitoring and assistance system (SIMA), with support from the Chinese Government. The project is part of the 28 agreements signed in September 2013 between the two governments. The Ministry of Interior Relations, Justice, and Peace in addition to the Chinese National Electronics Import and Export Corporation (CEIC) will be in charge of the project.
