Project narrative

On April 8, 2003, China Dalian International Cooperation Group (CDIG) donated 40 TCL computers to the government of Suriname. The value of this donation is unknown. The donation was intended to express gratitude to Suriname for support on the 270km road reparation project that CDIG had constructed (#36690).
