In September 2013, the Chinese government committed to donating a batch of teaching materials to Thurstan College (斯瑟斯坦学校) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In September 2013, the Chinese government committed to donating a batch of teaching materials to Thurstan College (斯瑟斯坦学校) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. On March 12, 2014, both the Chinese and Sri Lanka government signed the handover agreement and handed over the teaching materials, including 100 computers to the K.D.
