Project narrative

On 2 May 2008, Cycone Nargis hit Myanmar leaving tens of thousands of people dead, missing, or homeless. In response, on 12 May 2008, China's Yunnan Provincial Government donated relief supplies worth $250,000. The donation included construction materials to repair the roof, antibiotics, and drugs to combat malaria.
