Project narrative

On November 17, 2004, China sent the fourth youth volunteer team to Laos to help with Chinese and English language teaching, as well as music, medical, computer, and agricultural training.The 11-person team was the third team organized by Shanghai. The team returned to China on May 17, 2005.
