Project narrative

On July 4, 2007, the Chinese and Indonesian Foreign Ministers signed an MOU for technical and economic cooperation between the two countries (see #38092). The aid was announced by Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong during Indonesian Vice President Kara’s visit to China in June 2007, when China also announced the provision of 200 million US dollars of preferential export seller’s credit to Indonesia.
