Project narrative

In September 2008, China signed an agreement with the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, under which China would provide $145,000 USD worth of office equipment and vehicles to the Cambodian Senate. The delivery of the goods was completed by December 2008, although details of the delivery were specified.
