On December 9, 2009, the Communist Party of China Tianjin Municipal Committee donated well-drilling equipment worth 500,000 RMB to the Funcinpec Party of Cambodia. The equipment was pledged by Zhang Gaoli, Secretary of Tianjin, in November 2008.
