Project narrative

On 9 August 2011, Chinese ambassador Kong, on behalf of the Chinese embassy, met with the Vietnam Honorary President of the Association of the Victims Association Agent Orange, Former Vice President, Nguyen Thi Binh, at the Second International Conference of Victims of AO/dioxin. At the donation ceremony on 9 August 2011, Ambassador Kong handed over US$5000 to support Vietnamese AO victims.
