Description

In December 2008 China pledged 280 million dollars in scanning equipment for law enforcing agencies to Pakistan. Following the attack against a Chinese engineer in Malakand, NWFP, in December 2008 the Chinese Ambassador Luo Zhaohui declared that Chinese government would have granted 280 million USD worth police scanning equipment to Pakistan and 10 million dollars for the Islamabad police force.
