Project narrative

On November 25, 2006, a ceremony was held for the completion of three projects that were jointly funded by the Chinese and Papua New Guinean governments. They are a new school library, a double classroom (see Record ID#39265) and a pilot wind farming project (see Record ID#42945). The value of the Chinese funding is unknown. The commitment date for this project is unclear.
