Project narrative

In January 2009, Prime Minister Natapei and China’s Vice Minister of Commerce, Vu Su Chung signed an agreement under which China would provide VT167 million to the Vanuatu government. The grant would be used to extend enrollment at the University of the South Pacific (USP) Emalus Campus in Port Vila to Francophone students.
