Project narrative

On September 9, 2012 twelve specialist doctors from China arrived to give free medical treatment at Port Moresby General Hospital. They left on September 13, 2012. It appears the project was a donation. The Chinese Charge d'Affairs and Interim, Ms Tang Ying served as the lead representative.
