Project narrative

On May 2, 2013, the Chinese government donated 1,500 laptops to the Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN). This project was funded through and Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement, or ETCA, signed between 2010 and 2013, per the Asociacion Ambiente y Sociedad.
