Project narrative

On September 11, 2013, Barbados signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with China worth 16 million Barbadian dollars (about $8 million USD). The agreements were signed by Chinese Ambassador to Barbados Xu Hong and Barbadian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Maxine McLean. It is unclear what projects are funded through this agreement.
